The World Is Really Perfect
Only when we can see nothing wrong with the world will we be free to take the action that honours it.
We can only experience nothing wrong with the world if we experience the world as an expression of our self at this moment which is perfect and whole as it is.
What makes us want to change the world is the same impulse that makes us want to change this moment into a future that we believe will be perfect.
This impulse derives from the conceptualisation in our minds that momentarily reduces and limits us to being a limited mortal object, instantly creating fear and lack.
This conceptualisation gives us the impression that we are in control of this moment and can act to affect it.
Then our actions reflect this contracted fear and become strategic and manipulative, each circulating more tension in mind and body until we finally realise we are not finding peace.
Then, if we understand how, we relax back into our natural being and observe the actions that flow arising on love and intrinsic happiness and the natural qualities of oneness.
We live in a world where we have manifested many beautiful, individualised forms we call bodies and minds, which, like that we occupy, are in various states of self-realisation at any moment.
We cannot know the whole picture but only our perspective.
From the individual perspective, we know there is suffering in the world derived from conceptualising the self as limited by individual body-minds and that actions are often based on ignorance, not the realisation of the true universal self.
But we know this so-called ignorance is us - the universal self – choosing to play in this way; therefore, we have to react to it emotionally or see through it.
We cannot judge it, for to judge it would require the knowledge of all things instantly, which is impossible for any individual expression.
We can only know from our perspective that actions appear from more open love or contracted fear and presume other body-minds are experiencing the same.
The world we live in reflects these two fundamental states.
When choosing the game of separateness and fear, the world reflects this lack and fear to us, and we dwell on the story there is a world that must be changed towards perfection.
When choosing to rest in the oneness of our natural state, the world reflects the love and beauty we experience, and we perceive perfection as it is
This is true of every moment.
The world is our mirror.
For those individuals who cannot see this, the world is a problem that has to be fixed.
But this fixing is a delusion if that is the intention.
For those individuals that can see the world as a mirror
The intention is not to fix but to create welcoming spaces for the constructive natural flow of inspired impersonal thoughts and actions.
These welcoming spaces for the constructive flow of inspiration are the natural result of liberated inspiration.
The intention of fixing is the same intention that created the tension in the first place, and as Einstein pointed out, we don’t solve anything with the same thinking that created the issue.
The intention of trusting the natural impersonal flow of creativity is the inspiration of de-contracted oneness.
The question is to discern the difference between fixing and trusting
Welcoming spaces for the constructive natural flow of inspired impersonal thoughts and actions, understanding the world is a mirror – the result is a better fit.
The function of ignoring our true nature, individually and collectively, seems to remind us of it.
So when faced with it, we can realise that there is nothing to fix but simply a relaxation of contraction back into our true nature where inspiration flows.
This is true when we experience the play of ignorance in our body, mind or collectively.
In the face of this contraction, we can individually remember our true nature if we know how to recognise it and relax back into it.
In the face of the contractions of ignorance, we can collectively remember our true nature and return to it by reminding each other to return to the welcoming spaces for the constructive natural flow of inspired impersonal thoughts and actions.
In practice, these spaces are our communities, families, workplaces and other social gatherings where the intention is set collectively to honour the constructive natural flow of inspired impersonal thoughts and actions.
These spaces are not perfect.
They are places where people intend to do their best to take impersonal action.
They are spaces where the intention is set, and the discernment of emotional contraction is open and honestly assessed without personal defensiveness.
They are not trying to create a perfect world. For they know that is never possible.
They are exploring the possibilities of impersonal flow taking into account the impersonal natural laws of humans and nature.
To allow others to share in universal love, understanding and beauty, which are the foundation of the human experience of oneness.
Where the meeting procedures are based on something other than codes but an understanding of experience.
Where the participants all understand the process of investigating experience and are open and courageous, and willing to be honest with others to arrive at what is collectively the best they can impersonally.
The participants are versed in understanding their true nature and that the world mirrors this, and they experience this.
The spaces are not ossified or rigid in any way but constantly evolving structures, their form adapting and morphing not based on personal interest or power or hierarchy or money.
The spaces always return to the natural state as their starting point. They are led by guided meditations and understanding the direct path that always takes us back to the experience of oneness.
We know many individuals are unhappy with the state of the world and angry at what they perceive as a world divided by good and evil.
However, we know that such perceptions are still based on duality, and our choice is to live based on non-duality.
For those living in any form or duality – whether they feel they are acting based on justice or simply out of self-interest.
The underlying conceptualisation is still duality.
They all often look at non-duality and may argue it is passivity.
However, they fail to appreciate that actions arising from non-duality are the most directly valuable to all.
And actions deriving from duality often cause more trouble, which ultimately causes frustration.
The world of duality is awakening to non-duality and learning as it does how to act in this natural state of openness.
Both worlds are actions of the one consciousness, and we cannot judge from the broadest context at any time.
There can be no agenda to create a world based on non-duality however,
As soon as an agenda is formed in mind, it becomes duality, and essential freedom is lost.
We must let go of any need within us to judge the situation and learn to trust the flow of natural impersonal enthusiasm.
The conditioning of duality runs deep in our minds, but it can be melted in time by consistently returning to the experience of non-duality that we glimpse in ever greater ways.
All we can do is do our best and enjoy the ride.
