The Universal Reset Button

We have a Universal reset button inside us.  
We can press anytime if we lose ourselves in the stories of time and space,
It will bring us back to the present instantly,
Where we are totally free of all the stories of time and space 
Where only the infinite potential of the moment is present.
All we have to do is remind ourselves that we are the experience that is aware of these stories of time and space, not them,
And the creator of all the stories of time and space, which arise from us, and are not separate from us.
And when we press this Universal reset button,
Instantly the natural enthusiastic life-force energy returns, 
The clouds of anxiety in our mind and body vanish like the dew in the morning sun,
What seemed dark is full of light,
What seemed impossible seems full of exciting possibilities,
What seemed mechanical and antagonistic seems full of vital love.
All the Universe around us shines like a sacred golden mandala, 
All living beings turn into a loving sangha,
All activity turns into an act of grateful devotion.
And everything seems complete and perfect as it is.
And this button, we discover, never tires of being pressed,
And its effects never fail to be felt.
